Andhra Pradesh Secondary School Certificate SSC Board will declare the AP SSC 2012 Public examination results on 24thMay 2012 Thursday, 11:00 AM. Earlier the AP SSC 2012 results are scheduled to be declared on 23.05.2012, 11:00 AM. But Minister for Secondary Education – Parthasarathi is not available on 23rd May 2012 so SSC board has decided to postpone the results to 24th May 2012.

The Andhra Pradesh SSC board also decided to introduce a new grading system without marks from this year. The board will mention only grades & Grade Points for the subjects in SSC memo and certificates instead of marks.

AP SSC Results will consist of grades (A1, A2, B1, S2, C1, C2, D1, D2 & E) & Grade Points (10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, -) respectively for each subject. Candidates who secure less than 35 marks in any subject (Except Second Language- less than 20 marks) will be treated as failed and awarded E-grade for that subject. They will also be awarded E-grade for final result.
