UPSC announced the Final Results of Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2012 on 03.05.2013 in its official website: http://www.upsc.gov.in. However, marks are likely to be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of results.
Based on the results of the written part of Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2012 held by the Union Public Service Commission in October, 2012 and the interviews for Personality Test held in March-April, 2013, following is the list, in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for appointment to: – [i] Indian Administrative Service; [ii] Indian Foreign Service; [iii] Indian Police Service; and [iv] Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.

Haritha V Kumar is First Keralite in over 20 years to top civil services. The last time a candidate from Kerala – Raju Narayanaswamy — bagged the top rank was in 1991.
Haritha V Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology (Electronics and Communication) degree from Kerala University and it’s her fourth attempt.
Sriram holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Kerala University and this is his second attempt.
Charan has done Bachelor of Science from Jodhpur University and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Marketing Management from the (IIPM), Delhi and it’s her third attempt.
