GATE 2013 Admit Cards & GATE application status

GATE Admit Card Download: Candidates can download the GATE 2013 admit card from the GATE Online Applicant Interface from 5 pm on 10 December 2012 (and not on 5 December 2012, as announced earlier).

Change of Exam City:  The deadline for city change requests is now passed and no further requests for a change will be entertained.

GATE 2013 Admit Cards: GATE Admit cards are NOT sent by mail anymore. Admit cards can only be downloaded from the zonal GATE websites from 10th December 2012 onwards. Bring the admit card to the test center along with at least one original (not photocopied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo identification.

GATE 2013 Admit Card (Hall Ticket):

Candidates need to Login with the email & Pass word to get GATE 2012 Hall ticket.

Dates of GATE 2013 Examination

GATE 2013 Online Examination 20th January 2013
GATE 2013 Offline Examination 10th February 2013

 GATE 2013 Online papers: 15 subject papers will be conducted by an ONLINE computer based test: AE, AG, AR, BT, CE, CH, CY, GG, MA, MN, MT, PH, TF, XE, and XL.

GATE 2013 Offline papers: CS, EC, EE, IN, ME and PI

GATE 2013 Application Status:

Applicants, who have posted their application (hardcopy) along with the necessary documents before the due date (8 October 2012), are advised to check their application status online and with India Post Website. In case of any discrepancy, they must contact the corresponding Zonal GATE office immediately, along with the documentary proof of posting the application before the due date.
