Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET 2013)
KSET is an eligibility test for determining the eligibility for Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) in various universities / colleges / Institutions (Government / Aided / Private) in Karnataka State. Candidates who qualify the K-SET will be governed by the rules and regulations for recruitment of lecturers (Assistant Professors) of the concerned Institutions in Karnataka State.
KSET 2013 will be conducted by University of Mysore on 8th December 2013. KSET center will conduct the test in 32 subjects (given below) spread across the Karnataka State.

Examination Fee: For General – Rs.1000/- & For Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB – Rs.800/- & For Cat-I, SC/ ST/ VH/ PH – Rs.500/-; Late fee: Rs.100/-
How to Apply: Interested candidates are required to apply online for KSET 2013 through http://kset.uni-mysore.ac.in from 10.07.2013 to 10.08.2013. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.

kSET 2013 Exam Pattern: The Test will consist of three papers. The test for all the three papers will consist of only MULTIPLE-CHOICE questions. There will be no negative marking.
